SSC-JE Selection Procedure

  • 1st Step: Written Examination (Paper 1) (Objective Type) (200 marks) (Online Mode)
  • 2nd Step: Written Examination (Paper 2) (Conventional Type) (300 marks) (Offline Mode)

SSC JE Paper-1 Exam Pattern

  • In paper 1, papers will be divided into 3 parts: (A) General Intelligence & Reasoning, (B) General Awareness and (C) General Engineering
  • In General Engineering has 3 parts: part-1, part-2 and part-3. In part 1-Civil & Structural, part 2-Electrical, part 3-Mechanical. Candidates need to attempt only one part which is relevant to his/her post.
  • The Paper-1 will be objective type, student have to carry 200 marks and exam duration will be 2 hours.
  • The negative marking will be 0.25 of marks for each wrong answer.
